Buying product through our Web site is safe and secure. We only accept credit cards and purchasing cards for online orders. Customers paying by purchase order should read specific instructions for doing so.

All ordering information is SSL encrypted. Your personal information, including credit card data, is scrambled and coded as it is transmitted online so that it cannot be pirated. We also have a firewall in place that further protects the data once it reaches our server.

We accept purchase orders from Canadian companies or institutions. You do not have to pay in advance with a purchase order. We will ship your order and invoice you for the amount owed. You have thirty (30) days to remit full payment.
Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; and all relevant costs, including prices and taxes. Requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda referencing a purchase order number will not be accepted.
Shipping and Handling Options
Purchase orders should allow for shipping costs to be added to your invoice for reimbursement.
Unless otherwise specified, product will be sent via our standard shipping and handling method, Canada Post Expedited or XPresspost.
If you require an expedited shipping method, please phone us to determine whether the product required is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Your purchase order will need to state the type of expedited shipping to be used, the deadline for receipt of the shipment, and that you accept all applicable charges incurred.
